Turn On Call RecordingBefore we introduced our call-recording service when a lead was returned we could only review our in-house calls made to that customer - so if they had changed their mind by the time they spoke to you we had no way to confirm this. We only listen to calls when a lead has been returned to us and use this to protect you against customers that do not agree to an appointment.
With call-recording you can access all of your recorded calls so that they can be reviewed and used for training purposes. These calls can be found in your online admin area under the quality control section. |
Call That Customer!With the no-quibble policy when you get a lead you need to make sure that you start calling the customer within the first 24 hours of receiving that lead (calling within 10 minutes to get the best results). You should then make a minimum of 15 call attempts over a 120 hour period, making sure to call at different times throughout the day. |
