From our years of call-centre experience we know that a quick response is vital and will increase the chances of you speaking to and selling to that customer. You need to speak to them when their interest is still fresh so you need to call within the first 24 hours (and within 10 minutes of receiving the lead for the best results).
The biggest complaint we get from customers is that companies never got in touch - so ring in the morning, the afternoon, evening and on weekends (if possible) to have a greater chance of speaking to a customer and a greater chance of a sale!
