Your personal information and our customers personal information is important, so we have found a way to make your online portal even more secure.
Whilst we are incredibly secure there are some things that are not easy to protect against (such as ex-employees with password access), so by using two-factor authentication you can easily add an extra layer of security to your account.
Two-Factor Authentication.
This sets you up an additional security code which is sent to your mobile phone or tablet, as and when it is needed. This is then used alongside your username and password. You can set it up on more than one device if you need to.
Here's how to set it up:
- Download an authentication app, such as Google Authenticator, to the devices you wish to access your Price Engines portal.
- Sign in to your Price Engines delivery area on your computer.
- Go to this website address:
https://delivery.priceengines.co.uk/?ref=twofactor
- Scan the barcode on your delivery area using the app (scan it with all of the devices you want to access the account). A 6-digit code will appear on the phone app.
- Input the 6-digit code in to the small white box below the QR code you just scanned.
Once you have done this you can generate a code on your phone anytime you want to sign in to your Price Engines account.
You can opt in and out of this feature at any time, and we recommend generating a new barcode when employees leave your company. It's a feature that is quick to set up, very simple and very effective at keeping your information safe.
The UK's Top lead provider is now also the most secure, so you have nothing to worry about. If you have any questions please get in touch with a member of our team on 01283 707050
