Quite often the first impression a customer gets of your business is through your online company profile.
It's your responsibility to make sure this information is up to date, which you can do here in the 'admin area' of your online portal.

Here's what you can do on your company profile:
- Upload a recent, high quality image of your logo.
- Update your contact information.
- Link to your website (lets the customer find out more about you).
- Highlight any current offers you have. This can help to give the impression to a customer that you are good value for money.
- Upload your company brochure and show-off your best products and features.
- View your current feedback score (all of our customers are able to leave feedback on your company after they've spoken to you).
- Highlight the best feedback you have received to show up on your company profile.
