Paul came out to give the quote for our initial job. He was very professional and knowledgable about their products. We decided to go with this company based on presentation and rapport rather than price although they were marginally the cheapest. Before we had the job completed we also decided to have them quote for replace doors at another property and fascias and soffits. Paul was very open before quoting for the fascias and soffits that the market was very competitive so we could more than likely get a cheaper quote elsewhere. Again because we were confident they would do a good job we gave them this business. The fitters that came to do the jobs were friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to have them do the work as they were polite and we enjoyed the banter we had with them. Now the jobs have been completed we are more than happy with the result, noise has reduced and we don't get the vibrations from passing buses etc we had before. More than happy to recommend this company as they will not use too much technical jargon in their presentation so you will always know exactly what you will be getting. Thank you for jobs well done.
