Very informative, all the documents produced and left with me that I would expect for this type of building work. Quote delivered in speedy time 2 days later - again as was expected, awaiting a further telephone call re. council permissions. Nothing confirmed as yet re. to go or not to go.

I found the sales person very honest and recommended the best solution for me and my flat - it wasn't just a hard sell to get me to buy their windows. The sales person was very knowledge about my area and what would be suitable/allowable with the conservation area my flat is based. I went on to placing my order with the company and further related business through their other contacts in the roofing industry.

Very satisfied with the service. They installed for us a set of French doors. Quality of the materials is very good. There were some minor defects at installation and Primary promptly made them good. We did not give them 5 stars exclusively due to the installation happening 2 weeks late. We would use them again in the future without doubt.

My double glazing questions were answered professionally and in a personal style that made me feel confident I was chosing the right company. The salesman took the time to explain types of windows, colours, grades of glass and costs, and the planner talked me through the practicalities of the installation which helped me to make my decision. We negotiated and agreed dates with flexibility on both sides. The installation team arrived at the agreed times and talked me through the plan for each day first thing in the mornings which helped my family work around the installation. The result has been a high quality double glazing installation which has exceed our expectations. The composite front door and french doors to the garden look great. We have been really pleased with our choice of Primary Home Improvements. A good company, good people and a good price.

Had three quotes via HIQN. Win Designs was the most competitive and included 'add-ons' the others didn't. Salesman Adeel was personable and applied no pressure to buy. Fitters arrived as arranged and were polite and professional and work long days. The job consisted of eight windows, some 4 meters long and three existing doors. The property is an EOT three storey town house. I wanted a new door cut into the end wall. Peter and Chris, the two fitters, made such a good job of it you would think it had always been there! A skip duly arrived on the final day and all rubble and old windows were disposed of and the surrounding area thoroughly swept. Finally, there were 14 window blinds throughout the house. I was prepared to remove them but Adeel's fitters dealt with them also. What a pleasent additional service and all included in the price. I recommend Winn Designs whole heartedly.

This is the company I chose in the end. The windows looked sturdy and I am really pleased with the finished look. The price was fair too.

The company rep was a gentleman. He offered us a very good deal. His behaviour was friendly, geniune and honest. We did not feel a moment to be ripped off. So we extended the work from doing one window of the house to finish our whole house. The company finished the work middle of february and did an excellent job. Also the staff who carried out the work were very polite and nice. I was so content with their job that I recommended her to my colleague. Excellent service.

Karl, the rep,was quick to respond to our enquiries and gave a competitive quote. we checked the company thorougly and even visited their factory and set up. We negotiate a discount and the work took place 3 weeks later. We are happy with the workmanship and the quality of the windows.

The rep was good and knowledgeable but I did not agree with his bullying selling tactic. The rep kept asking me about my husband as if I could not make a decision without him. I found this a little insulting as my husband passed away 12 years ago. On a positive note, the product I wanted was not too expensive.
